Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
