Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Hartford, CT)

Nova Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
