Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Union Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Hartford area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
