Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
