Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (El Paso, TX)

Bright Pine Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the El Paso area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 251 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
