Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Meadow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
