Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
