Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Des Moines with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
