Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Early Learning Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes.
