Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Harbor Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Des Moines serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
