Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Denver, CO)

Bright West Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 924 people based in Denver. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
