Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath North Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
