Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Linden Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Dallas with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
