Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Dallas, TX)

Harborlight Pike Water Authority Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
