Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
