Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sable Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
