Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Ember Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
