Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts.
