Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication.
