Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Cleveland with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
