Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
