Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
