Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
