Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
