Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around Charlotte. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
