Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
