Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Vista Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Charleston and nearby communities, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
