Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Charleston, SC)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
