Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Boston, MA)

Bright Clear Energy is an energy provider in Boston focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of usage data and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
