Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Works is a Birmingham manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
