Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Nest Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
