Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
