Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Birmingham serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
