Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Birmingham plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
