Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Junction Early Learning runs childcare centres in Baltimore caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
