Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Baltimore across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
