Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Junction Financial serves customers across Baltimore with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
