Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
