Financial Analyst - plant costing (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Union Foods produces packaged snacks at three plants and has about 500 employees. We are looking for a contract financial analyst to update our product costing and margin reporting. What you will do • Build standard costs for our top 100 products, using ingredient, packaging and labour data. • Analyse variances between actual and standard costs each month. • Recommend changes to pricing and production planning. What we are looking for • Three or more years in manufacturing cost accounting or financial analysis. • Comfort with large spreadsheets and ERP data. Contract for six months, remote-friendly with several plant visits.
