Financial Analyst - county budget office (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Basin Civic Services supports local governments around Toledo with budgeting, purchasing and shared services. We are hiring a contract financial analyst to help several county offices prepare next year's budgets. What you will do • Analyse spending trends and prepare forecasts for each department. • Answer questions from department heads and prepare briefing notes for elected officials. • Help document budget processes so they are easier to repeat. What we are looking for • Three or more years in financial analysis; public-sector experience is a strong plus. • Comfortable explaining numbers to non-financial audiences. Contract for seven months, remote-friendly with several visits to Toledo.
