Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Wichita serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
