Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Virginia Beach, VA)

What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
