Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
