Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Iron Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tulsa area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
