Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Stone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification.
