Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Associates and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
