Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
