Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Toledo, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
