Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield North Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tampa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
