Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Tampa, FL)

Bright Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Tampa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
